Terms and Conditions for ReelPlay

Effective Date: June 20, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using the ReelPlay app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service.

ReelPlay is an AI-based roleplaying chat app that allows users to select stories, cast AI personas, and engage in fictional roleplay conversations. The App may include free and premium content, advertisements, and in-app purchases.

3. User Eligibility.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions) to use ReelPlay. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts.

Users may create an account using an email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Content and Conduct.

• You may use the App for lawful, personal, and entertainment purposes only.
• Do not submit or engage in content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, explicit, or violates the rights of others.
• The personas in the app are fictional and AI-generated. Any similarity to real individuals is purely coincidental.
• Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

6. Subscription and Payments.

ReelPlay offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions via the Apple App Store. All billing is handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

7. Ads and Monetization.

Free tiers of ReelPlay may display ads through third-party networks such as Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display and operation of these ads.

8. Intellectual Property.

The ReelPlay app, including its AI personas, stories, branding, and interface, is owned by Brandon Diaz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission.

9. Termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Privacy.

Use of ReelPlay is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

12. Changes to These Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
