The content, features, and functionality of Myrlo are provided for your personal roleplaying and entertainment use. All features and content are subject to change without notice.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use Myrlo only for lawful entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the app
• Attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to use
• Include personal information of others without consent

You are responsible for any Persona content you create. While Personas are fictional, you must ensure your content does not violate these rules.

3. Ads and Monetization

Free tiers of Myrlo may display ads through third-party networks, such as Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display and operation of these ads.

4. Intellectual Property

The Myrlo app, including AI Personas, stories, branding, interface, and related content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or use any part of the app or it's content without permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Myrlo at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

Myrlo relies on third-party services for authentication, subscriptions, hosting, and ads. We are not responsible for their actions or availability. Please consult the privacy policy for more information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from use of the app shall be resolved under these laws.
